Our anti-fraud policy
How we protect reward value for every user.
1. Why an anti-fraud system
Rewards distributed on Wintaskly are funded by real advertising partners. An anti-fraud system protects that value: without it, automated or fraudulent attempts would eventually reduce rewards for every honest user.
2. What we check
Our checks cover several aspects of platform usage, at every step:
- Account creation : We limit the creation of multiple accounts intended to bypass earning limits.
- Task completion : Every rewarded task (Faucet, PTC, Shortlinks, Offerwalls) is server-checked before the reward is validated.
- Account behavior : Unusual activity (pace, repetitive patterns) can trigger an additional review.
- Withdrawals : Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing to confirm the legitimacy of earnings.
3. What happens when something is detected
Depending on the situation, one or more measures may apply:
- Cancellation of the reward in question.
- Temporary account suspension while a review is carried out.
- Permanent account closure in cases of clear or repeated fraud.
4. Appealing a decision
If you believe a measure was applied in error, contact our support via the contact form.
5. Reporting abuse
If you notice suspicious behavior (exploited bug, fraudulent account), report it to us via the contact form.
6. Protecting your own account
Fraud does not always come from others: a poorly protected account can be used without your knowledge, and you would bear the consequences. A few habits are enough to prevent it:
- Enable two-factor authentication from your settings: it is the most effective protection, and it takes two minutes.
- Never reuse a password from another site. A leak elsewhere would become a break-in here.
- Never share your credentials, even with someone claiming to be from the team. We never ask for your password or your verification codes.
- Check your history regularly: any activity you do not recognise should be reported immediately.
7. If you play fair, you have nothing to fear
Our checks target automated behaviour and organised attempts, not ordinary users. A slightly fast session, a login from a new device or a trip does not trigger a sanction on its own: several concurring signals are required.
And if a decision seems unfair, it can be challenged — the procedure is described above, and every appeal is reviewed by a person, not by a machine.
8. Our approach to transparency
For effectiveness, we do not publicly detail the precise detection mechanisms: describing them would amount to giving instructions on how to bypass them. This page presents our principles, not our technical implementation.
