Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions about Wintaskly.

Account

5
  • How do I create an account?
Sign-up takes a few seconds with a valid email address. A confirmation email is sent to activate your account.
  • Can I delete my account?
Yes, from Settings → Privacy. Deletion is permanent after the delay shown on screen.
  • I forgot my password, what should I do?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page: a reset email will be sent to you.
  • Can I change my email address?
Yes, from Settings → Account. Email verification is required to confirm the change.
  • Can I have multiple accounts?
No, only one account per person is allowed. Detected multiple accounts are suspended — see our anti-fraud policy.

Earning Coins

9
  • What tasks can I do to earn?
Several task types are available: the faucet (regular reward), shortlinks (links to browse), PTC (viewing ads), partner offers (offerwalls) and the Bingo game. Each task earns you Coins.
  • Is there a daily earnings limit?
Some tasks have a cooldown or daily limit to ensure fairness between members. You can combine several task types to maximize your earnings each day.
  • When do my earnings arrive?
Faucet, shortlink and PTC earnings credit instantly. Partner offers credit once the advertiser confirms (usually a few minutes).
  • How does the Faucet work?
The Faucet is a free Coins claim, available every 3 hours from your dashboard.
  • What is a PTC task?
PTC stands for "Paid To Click": you view an advertising page for a minimum duration, then complete a short captcha to receive your reward.
  • How do Offerwalls work?
Offerwalls provide third-party offers (surveys, trials, app installs) from our partners. Each completed offer is automatically credited in Coins.
  • I completed an offer but it wasn't credited, what should I do?
Some offers take time to validate on the partner's side (up to 24-48h). If the credit still hasn't appeared after that, contact support with the date and offer name.
  • How does Bingo work?
Bingo is a weekly game: buy tickets with your Coins to try to complete a grid and win rewards.
  • How does the daily bonus work?
Claim your bonus every day to grow your streak: the longer the streak, the higher the reward, up to a maximum tier.

General

2
  • What is Wintaskly?
Wintaskly is a platform where you earn Coins by completing micro-tasks: faucet, link shorteners, PTC ads and partner offers.
  • Is it free?
Yes, signing up and using Wintaskly is 100% free. You never need to pay to earn Coins or withdraw your earnings.

Offerwalls

5
  • How does an offerwall work?
It is a window provided by a specialised company that gathers advertiser campaigns: surveys, app trials, sign-ups to services. They handle the advertiser relationship, action verification and payment. Wintaskly then receives the confirmation and credits you.
  • Why was my offer rejected?
The most common cause, on a survey, is that your profile did not match the quota sought — this is structural to the model, not a malfunction. Next come answers flagged as inconsistent by quality checks, partially met conditions, or a blocking technical context: VPN, ad blocker, several offers launched in parallel.
  • Who should I appeal to for an uncredited offer?
The partner's support, reachable from their own window — not Wintaskly support. Validation belongs to them: we hold neither your survey answers nor the advertiser's selection criteria. A documented claim (offer ID, date, screenshot of the final screen) regularly succeeds.
  • How long before an offer is credited?
From a few minutes to several days depending on the offer. An app install is quick; an offer involving a subscription may wait for a cooling-off period to end. An offer left pending for days is therefore not lost.
  • What is the survey profile for?
It is the only lever that genuinely improves your success rate. An honestly completed profile surfaces offers suited to your situation and sharply reduces mid-survey screen-outs. Five minutes invested once, changing your returns for good.

Referrals

6
  • Which earnings does the referral commission cover?
The four paid tasks: faucet, short links, PTC ads and partner offers. It does not apply to Bingo winnings, the daily bonus or achievements — where no advertiser paid, there is nothing to share. Nor does it apply to commissions themselves.
  • Does my referee lose anything?
No, nothing. The commission is added on top, taken from the share the platform keeps. Nobody pays in their place — that is what separates a healthy programme from a system where earlier members live off newer ones.
  • Can I create a second account to refer myself?
No, and it is detected. Cross-referral leads to the suspension of both accounts. This rule is not arbitrary: multiple accounts are exactly what ad networks refuse to pay for, and their presence threatens every member's earnings.
  • How does referral work?
You earn a 10% commission on the earnings of everyone who signs up with your link — without reducing their own earnings, the commission is added on top. It applies to the four paid tasks: faucet, shortlinks, PTC and offerwalls.
  • What percentage do I earn on my referrals?
You receive 10% of the paid-task earnings of each person you refer (faucet, shortlinks, PTC, offerwalls), for life and credited automatically. Bingo winnings, the daily bonus and achievements do not earn commission: they reward luck or account loyalty rather than a completed task.
  • How do I know how much I earned from referrals?
Your dashboard's Referrals page shows the details of your referrals and commissions earned.

Security

5
  • How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?
Go to your Settings to enable app-based 2FA (Google Authenticator, Authy...). You scan a QR code, and a 6-digit code will be required at each login to protect your account.
  • Is my data safe?
Yes: hashed passwords (bcrypt/argon2), optional TOTP 2FA, HttpOnly sessions, GDPR/CNIL compliance. Account deletion is available via Contact.
  • How do I choose a secure password?
Use a unique password of at least 12 characters, not reused on another site, and enable two-factor authentication for extra protection.
  • What should I do if my account is hacked?
Change your password immediately and enable 2FA if not already done, then contact support to report the incident.
  • Why does my account need to be verified?
Verification (email, sometimes documents for large withdrawals) confirms each account matches a real person and protects honest users.

Tasks

3
  • Why isn't a task validated immediately?
Some tasks require a server-side check (viewing time, partner confirmation) before the reward is credited.
  • Why do I have to wait between two tasks?
Each task type has its own delay before it can be repeated, shown directly on the relevant page.

Technical

3
  • Does Wintaskly work on mobile?
Yes, the site is fully responsive and works on smartphone and tablet, no app to install.
  • Which browser should I use?
An up-to-date browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) is recommended for the best experience.
  • Do I need to disable my ad blocker?
Some tasks (PTC, Offerwalls) require advertising scripts to load correctly to be validated. Disabling your blocker on Wintaskly avoids validation issues.

Account verification

5
  • Why must I verify my email address?
Verification is not required to earn: you can take part and accumulate without it. It is required to cash out. This placement is deliberate — requiring it at sign-up would discourage newcomers, while requiring it before a payment blocks mass-created accounts, which never get that far.
  • When is verification requested?
At the first withdrawal. Many users therefore discover this step after weeks of activity, which is frustrating. It is best to verify your address as soon as you sign up.
  • I did not receive the verification email
Check your spam folder first: that is where it is nine times out of ten. Then check the address you entered for typos. If nothing arrives, request a new email from your account, then contact support if the problem persists.
  • Do you have to provide ID?
No. No identity document is required to use the platform or to withdraw. If a site of this kind asks for one without a clear regulatory reason, be wary: that is sensitive data with no use in paying out a few euros.
  • Can I change my email address after verification?
Yes, from your account settings. The new address must be verified in turn. For safety, an address change triggers a notification to the old one: if you receive it without having requested anything, change your password immediately and contact support.

Withdrawals

7
  • What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
Each payment method has its own minimum threshold, shown on the withdrawal page. Once reached, you can request a withdrawal anytime.
  • How long does a withdrawal take?
Withdrawal requests are verified then processed by our team. The delay depends on the chosen method: crypto wallets (FaucetPay, Bitcoin, Litecoin) are usually the fastest.
  • Can I be paid in cryptocurrency?
Yes. Your Coins can be converted to Bitcoin, Litecoin and via FaucetPay, plus Payeer. You choose your preferred method when withdrawing.
  • How do I get paid?
Your Coins convert into real money via FaucetPay, Payeer, Bitcoin and Litecoin. Minimum threshold set on the Withdraw page.
  • Why was my withdrawal refused?
A withdrawal may be refused after a security check, or if the destination address/account is incorrect. The reason is always shown in your withdrawal history.
  • Which withdrawal methods are available?
FaucetPay, Payeer and Bitcoin (BTC) are available, each with its own minimum threshold shown on the home page.
  • Are there fees on withdrawals?
Any fees depend on the chosen method and are always shown before you confirm your withdrawal request.
