1. Purpose
These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern the access to and use of the %s platform ("the Service"), a Get-Paid-To website where users ("you") can earn an internal virtual currency called "Coins" by completing online micro-tasks: Faucet, Shortlinks, Paid-To-Click (PTC), Offerwalls and Referrals.
2. Account creation
Access to the Service requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information (especially a valid email) and to keep your credentials confidential. Only one account is allowed per person and per household. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended and can be enabled at any time from your settings.
3. Minimum age
The Service is reserved for people aged at least 16. Minors aged 16 to 18 must obtain authorization from their legal representative. Any account belonging to a person under 16 will be deleted without notice and associated Coins forfeited.
4. Faucet operation
The Faucet lets you claim a Coin amount every 3 hours (duration configurable by the editor). Validation requires a strict 5-minute window from the initial click, solving a visual captcha and passing various anti-fraud mechanisms (honeypot, one-time tokens, IP/User-Agent checks).
5. Shortlinks
Shortlinks redirect to external ad gateways. Credit is granted only after the ad provider validates the callback and after a per-user cooldown (typically 24 hours per link).
6. Paid-To-Click (PTC)
PTC ads require active viewing for a minimum duration, followed by a validation captcha. Each ad has a daily view cap per user. Bots, auto-click scripts or any tool bypassing human attention will lead to immediate forfeiture of earnings.
7. Offerwalls
Offerwalls are provided by third-party partners (e.g. AdGate, OfferToro). Credit is validated by partner postback, usually within 1 to 24 hours. Wintaskly is not responsible for partner credit refusals, which depend on criteria specific to them (offer completion quality, fingerprint, etc.). Disputes about partner credit must be addressed directly to the relevant partner.
8. Monthly leaderboard
The Service runs a monthly leaderboard rewarding users who earned the most Coins during the calendar month (UTC). Rewards are credited automatically on the 1st of the following month. The monthly prize pool and its split by rank are published on the Leaderboard page and may be modified by the editor without notice for the upcoming month.
9. Referral system
Each user has a personal referral code. The referrer earns a commission equal to 10% of their referee's earnings, without reducing the referee's gains. Cross-referrals (referring an account that refers you back) are prohibited and lead to suspension of both accounts.
10. Withdrawals
Coins can be converted to real earnings via supported payment methods (PayPal, mobile money, crypto). A minimum withdrawal threshold applies, defined per method and published on the withdrawal page. Withdrawals are processed within 48 business hours after anti-fraud verification. The editor may suspend a withdrawal in case of suspected fraud during investigation.
11. Account security
You are responsible for your account security. Using 2FA is strongly recommended. In case of unauthorized access, contact us immediately via the support form from the email address linked to the account.
12. Prohibited behaviors
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Multi-accounting, referral fraud, using VPN or proxy to bypass cooldowns or caps.
- Using bots, automation scripts, auto-clickers or any tool simulating human activity.
- Any attempt to exploit ad placements contrary to network terms (especially Google AdSense).
- Creating fake accounts to artificially inflate referrals or monthly rankings.
- Reselling, exchanging or transferring an account to a third party.
Any breach leads to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated Coins, without recourse or compensation.
13. Coins and monetary value
Coins are not legal tender and do not constitute electronic money under Directive 2009/110/EC. They can only be used within the Service and cannot be claimed outside the proposed withdrawal methods. Their conversion value may be adjusted by the editor in exceptional circumstances (exchange rate change, business model change).
14. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Any deletion is permanent after a 30-day grace period during which pending withdrawals are processed. The editor may terminate your account for breach of these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
15. ToS modifications
The editor may modify these terms at any time. Users are notified of substantial changes by email or via in-Service notification. Continued use after notification means acceptance of the new terms.

17. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of competent French courts, after mandatory amicable resolution attempt via our support service.
